Ally Reder
Community Service Chair, Fall 2025
My name is Alessandria Reder, and I am thrilled to step into the role of community service chair for Fall 2024. Having previously served in this position during Fall 2023, I witnessed firsthand the incredible impact we can make when we come together with purpose and dedication.
During my previous tenure as community service chair, I had the privilege of leading our chapter through a significant transition as we changed our philanthropy focus. This experience taught me the importance of intentional service and how meaningful partnerships can transform both our sisterhood and the communities we serve.
Since joining Delta during Spring 2023 as part of the Unforeseen 18, I have been continuously inspired by the strength, compassion, and commitment of the remarkable women who surround me. The leadership and service opportunities I've been given within this organization have shaped my understanding of what it means to truly give back.
I believe deeply that community service is not just about fulfilling requirements—it's about creating lasting change and building connections that extend far beyond our chapter walls. Service allows us to honor the opportunities we've been given by ensuring others have access to similar support and resources.
Building on the foundation established by previous chairs, my vision is to create diverse and accessible service opportunities that allow every sister to contribute meaningfully while strengthening our bonds as a chapter. I am particularly excited about our partnership with the Ronald McDonald House of the Inland Empire, an organization that provides crucial support to families during some of their most challenging moments.
The Ronald McDonald House serves families whose children are receiving medical treatment, offering them a home away from home when they need it most. I am passionate about deepening our commitment to this cause and finding creative ways for our chapter to make a lasting impact on the families they serve.
My goals for this term include expanding our service opportunities, fostering stronger connections between our sisters through shared service experiences, and building a sustainable partnership with the Ronald McDonald House that will benefit both organizations for years to come.
I look forward to working alongside each of you as we continue to embody the values of our sisterhood through meaningful service to our community.
With excitement and determination,
Alessandria Reder - Community Service Chair, Fall 2025
